Shipping & Delivery
All shipping fees are not returnable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking. Once an order ships, we no longer are responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time. ALMS will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier. ALMS is not responsible for customs and import tariffs.

We accept returns within 30 days. Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition before shipping it back, include your original sales receipt in the box and note that this is a “return.” Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
All ALMS NYC bags are covered by a one year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturers defects. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This does not cover reasonable wear and tear or abuse.
